Explore Concepts & Careers around Architecture before building / testing one of your own!
Objective:
Students will take on the role of real estate developers in STIIX-Ville as they design and construct their Dream House using a selection of unique materials— each with its own price point.
Working within a set budget and guided by an attached pricing sheet, students must balance creativity, structural design, and cost-efficiency to get the most “bang for their buck.” Through this hands-on project, students explore spatial planning, economic trade-offs, and architectural design while presenting their model homes to potential ‘buyers.’
