Returning Merchandise

It is important to Contact us before you ship the merchandise to us. We must be contacted within 15 business days after your receipt of the product.  Instructions for shipping your return can vary depending on your situation. Also, once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number, ensuring that your return will be processed efficiently. STEMfinity must receive returned items within 10 business days after issuance of the Return Authorization Number, or the return right will be forfeited, and the Return Authorization Number will become null and void.

Repack the merchandise in the box in which you received it. Include adequate packing material to protect the item and close the box securely with packing tape. All returned items must be returned postage prepaid and insured by you, in original packaging, unopened, and with all parts, accessories, and written materials included.
 
Refunds, repairs, and/or replacements are made if we determine an item is defective. In some cases, a return fee may be charged. Please Contact us if you want a refund or replacement.
 
Depending on the circumstances, some returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. There may also be a product damage fee in an amount determined by STEMfinity for any product that is damaged, missing the original box/container, missing contents, accessories, and/or manuals.  

All curriculum and book sales are considered final and nonrefundable. These items are easy to duplicate, and STEMfinity will not accept returns on any written material.
