You can create environments for Roamer to explore with pictures or children's drawings.  Made from a clear durable plastic the mat provides an excellent nonslip protective running surface for Roamer. Simply place it over the top of your pictures.  Forward 1 will move Roamer from one square to the next.  The grid provides a structure that helps younger children to solve problems in a way that develops their mathematical skills.  The mat is 5 squares wide and 5 squares long and at it fits on table arrangements normally found in classrooms.
