A hands-on volcano model building project complete with safe, simulated lava eruptions. Learn all about types of volcanoes, parts of a volcano, how volcanoes function, and precious gems volcanoes may produce. Building materials are appropriate for elementary and middle school classrooms. Also investigate underwater volcanoes with the included demonstration. Baking soda and vinegar required but not included.
