This line is 1 square wide and 10 squares long. Forward 1 will move Roamer to the next square.  Made, like the Clear Grid Mat, from a clear durable plastic it provides an ideal running surface.  It is nonslip and allows Roamer to run over pictures without damaging them.  You will find it useful for sequence work.  Put images under each square to create interesting tasks.  For example the pupils can draw houses or shops for a street scene.  You can then use this with number line work.  Or you can play with nursery rhymes like one, two, buckle my shoe.  The possibilities are endless.
