Highlights:

Explore Concepts & Careers around HYDRAULICS before building / testing one of your own!

Objective: 

Students will explore the principles of hydraulics and pneumatics as they design and build a functional lift system capable of raising and lowering objects.

Set in the fictional city of STIIX-Ville, students act as consulting engineers for a local construction company in need of innovative machines to assist with heavy lifting on job sites. Through this project, students will investigate fluid pressure, mechanical advantage, and system design while documenting their process and testing the performance of their prototype.
