Vanta’s Professional Development Bundle equips school and district leaders with the knowledge to create, manage and grow successful esports programs. Across five engaging sessions, you’ll explore:

1. Esports 101 & Industry Landscape – understand the burgeoning esports industry and its role in education.
   

2. Starting an Esports Program – learn the critical elements required to launch your program, from infrastructure and equipment to selecting games and building inclusive teams.
   

3. Building a Sustainable Program – cover budgeting, scheduling, marketing, community engagement and student wellness.
   

4. Career Pathways & Skills – review the wide range of roles in esports and related fields, including coaching, broadcasting, writing, web development and more; discuss transferable skills like leadership, teamwork and digital citizenship.

What's Included:

7.5 hours – delivered across 5 sessions, each 1.5 hours. Sessions are fully remote and scheduled at your convenience.

Participants need a computer or tablet with internet access and a microphone. Sessions are delivered via secure video conferencing. No prior gaming setup or Vanta account is required.
