Highlights:

Explore Concepts & Careers around RACECARS before building / testing one of your own!

Objective: 

Students will apply principles of physics, motion, and energy transfer to design, construct, and test a racecar powered by mechanisms such as a mousetrap, rubber band, or balloon.

Set in the growing city of STIIX-Ville, students are tasked with developing innovative vehicles to support the town’s expanding highway system. Through this challenge, students will explore kinetic and potential energy, friction, and mechanical advantage while documenting their design process and evaluating the performance of their cars.
