This bundle delivers a fully‑managed online esports tournament for your school. Our process includes:

1. Pre‑Event Planning – we meet with you to select game titles, define tournament format (e.g., single elimination, round robin), and plan branding and graphics. Vanta provides logistical support and strategic guidance.
   

2. Registration & Scheduling – we handle player sign‑ups, bracket seeding and match scheduling for up to 32 competitors.
   

3. Day‑Of Tournament Management (Day 1 & Day 2) – our tournament administrators run the brackets, communicate with players and troubleshoot technical issues. Each day includes eight hours of coverage.
   

4. Live Broadcast – a professional broadcast crew streams matches to your preferred platform. We supply commentators, producers and custom graphics. Viewers enjoy high‑quality overlays, replays and live stats.
