Highlights:
The Force Table is an essential apparatus used in every physics lab, providing students with a hands-on demonstration of Newton's First Law, the vector nature of forces, and equilibrium. The large 40cm diameter polymer tabletop has dual scales marked every 10° in 0.5° increments running in opposite directions along the circumference for measuring vector angles. A heavy, cast base with with leveling screws support the tabletop. Also includes 4 pulleys with attached clamps; 4x250g hanging slotted mass sets; string with attached metal hoops (1 large, 4 small); and comprehensive guide containing background info, setup instructions, and student activities and questions. Assembled size: 14"W x 17"H.
