About Codie Blocks
Codie Blocks is an educational technology company dedicated to making coding accessible and fun for children ages 3–7. Founded by Don Moody, the company debuted its hands-on, block-based coding system at FETC 2025, combining tactile play with digital learning. Inspired by the PBS Member Stations’ show Mia & Codie, Codie Blocks engages young learners in problem-solving, creativity, and early STEM skills while providing educators with lesson plans, professional development tools, and classroom resources to make teaching coding simple and effective.

Codie Blocks in the Classroom
Codie Blocks brings coding to life in the classroom, combining tactile, hands-on learning with engaging digital challenges that captivate young students. By arranging emoji-like blocks to build sequences and watch them come alive through the Codie Blocks App, children develop critical skills in problem-solving, logic, creativity, and computational thinking. The platform supports collaborative learning, allowing multiple students to explore coding together, while the included educator resources—lesson plans, standards-aligned activities, and assessments—make it easy for teachers of all backgrounds to integrate STEM education seamlessly. Codie Blocks not only teaches coding concepts but also fosters curiosity, resilience, and confidence in young learners.
